The Airless Shot Blasting Machine – Table Type is designed for heavy, large, and non-tumbling components requiring precise and uniform surface preparation. In this machine, components are placed on a rotating turntable while high-speed blast wheel units project abrasive media onto the surface for consistent and controlled blasting.
This table type shot blasting machine is ideal for jobs that cannot tumble during processing and require stable positioning throughout the blasting cycle.
This type is ideal for:
Smart Process Overview
The component is placed on the rotary table inside the blasting chamber and the front door is securely closed before the cycle starts. The table rotates between 2 to 10 RPM, allowing all exposed surfaces to pass through the blasting zone.
High-speed shot blasting turbine units throw abrasive media such as steel shot or steel grit at high velocity. The abrasive removes rust, scale, and surface contaminants while preparing the component for further processing.
Used abrasive falls into the hopper and is recycled through the screw conveyor, bucket elevator, and air wash separator. Dust is extracted through the integrated dust collector system. After cycle completion, the cleaned component is unloaded
