The Airless Shot Blasting Machine – Tunnel Type is a continuous, high-production system designed for cleaning long or flat components such as plates, structures, pipes, beams, and sections. Components pass through a blasting chamber on conveyors while multiple blast wheel units ensure complete surface cleaning in a single pass.
This tunnel type shot blasting machine is ideal for fabrication industries requiring uninterrupted production, fast throughput, and reliable surface preparation before painting, coating, or further processing.
Available Configurations
*Advanced machine for cold forging, railway boogie work and shot pinning needs
Smart Process Overview
Components are loaded onto the inlet conveyor and moved into the blasting chamber. Inside the tunnel, multiple high-speed shot blasting turbine units positioned at optimized angles project abrasive media onto the component surfaces.
Continuous conveyor movement exposes the entire surface to the abrasive stream for complete cleaning. For pipes or round jobs, diabolo rollers rotate the component during blasting to ensure full circumferential coverage.
Used abrasive falls into the hopper and is recovered through screw conveyors, bucket elevator, and air wash separator for reuse. Dust and fine particles are extracted through the integrated dust collector system. Cleaned components exit through the outlet conveyor ready for the next process.
